Police and local briefs (Fort Wayne News-Sentinel)

Total arrests made by city police at the Fort Wayne Newspapers Three Rivers Festival were down by one this year. Fort Wayne Police arrested 12 people during the 10-day festival, eight of which came after a fireworks show Sunday, the traditional close to the festival.
