Vivian Meadows RIPLEY - Vivian Elizabeth Dollar Meadows, 83, died Sunday, July 20, 2008, at her home in Ripley. She was a homemaker. She was a dedicated and active member of the First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School in the children?s department for more than 50 years.
